Back pain at a young age? Find out the reason and way



One of the most common causes of lower back pain at a young age lack of exercise and poor diet habits can contribute to back pain. If you do not eat well, then you will not get enough nutrition. Your body will not be able to function properly. 

Why is back pain at a young age?



1. Those who sit in the office for long periods and work in the same posture. It can be seen that back pain increases.

6. There are many causes of back pain, including injury, disease, infection, muscle strain, and degenerative conditions. Injuries may occur due to accidents, sports injuries, work-related injuries, falls, car crashes, or any other type of trauma.



Symptoms:


  • At first, there is a little pain in the waist, but gradually the pain increases
  • Many times the patient may not be able to walk at all
  • The pain sometimes radiates from the waist down to the legs
  • Legs keep tingling
  • In most cases, if you lie down on your back, the pain will be reduced
  • The pain increases when there is little movement in the waist
  • It may be difficult to wake up in the morning
  • Legs cramp or get stuck while walking
  • The pain may radiate to both legs or any one leg
  • Waist muscles are biting and stiff
  • The legs become paralyzed and heavy, and the strength of the legs decreases
  • Back pain in daily activities, such as praying, taking bath in water, walking, etc.


When to consult a doctor?





Talk to a doctor if you have sharp pains after lifting heavy weights or overexertion, pain that spreads from the waist to the hips, thighs, and toes. Get medical attention immediately if you experience weakness or numbness in the legs, pain that worsens with sneezing or coughing, or bending forward, and loss of urinary or bowel control.


Treatment and Remedies:


  • In case of mild pain, the medicine should be taken without neglect and complete rest should be taken.
  • In many cases, you can get benefits by applying the hot paste to the waist. There are various ointments you can use for back pain. But don't massage.
  • A physiotherapy specialist must be consulted if the pain persists for more than three days.
  • Many people take various painkillers when they have back pain. That's not quite right. Back pain can occur at a young age for various reasons. So it is necessary to take medicine with a doctor's advice.
  • Lack of exercise and poor diet habits can contribute to back pain. If you do not eat well, then you will not get enough nutrition. Your body will not be able to function properly and you will feel tired and weak. This will make it harder for you to work out and keep fit.


Some exercises to reduce back pain:





  • Lying flat on the bed, two hands should be placed on both sides of the body and both legs should be straight. Lift one leg as far as possible without bending the knee. Legs should be raised for 10 seconds. Similarly, lift the other leg and take the same time.
  • Now simultaneously lift both legs without bending the knees and take the same time.
  • Now bend one knee and try to put the knee on the chest by hugging it with both hands. Hold for 10 seconds. Similarly, the other knee should be placed on the chest.


If the pain does not subside even after doing these exercises, you need to take proper treatment like mobilization, manipulation, and stretching to get the full treatment. In that case, consult a physiotherapy specialist. Back pain at an early age but can not be neglected! To prevent bone loss, eat calcium-rich food. Remember, with proper treatment, 90 percent of back pain patients get better within two months. So get proper treatment, and be healthy.
